The person behind mental training for business people and politicians
Psychologist Inger Murray is a member of the Danish Psychology Society and Director of the Centre for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She is also a speech therapist.
Inger Murray holds courses in mental training for musicians and gives workshops in many countries including at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Inger Murray has in connection with this work, developed special techniques to avoid performance anxiety and stage fright. These techniques can also be used in other performance situations.
